Colts Open to Trading Back Further in the NFL Draft
7 years agoWhen it comes to how the Indianapolis Colts will handle the sixth overall pick in the 2018 NFL draft, general manager Chris Ballard made it clear that he is completely open to trading back "if it is the right thing for us to do and there's enough players on the board." After making a blockbuster trade with the New York Jets to acquire plenty of draft picks this year, the Colts might not be done making moves. If a top option at quarterback is still on the board by the time the sixth overall pick rolls around, Indianapolis could capitalize on a team willing to spend multiple picks to nab their guy. With draft night fast approaching, Colts fans have to feel confident that Ballard has a plan and is cognizant of all his options.
