Colt McCoy Likely To Start
2 years agoArizona Cardinals quarterback Colt McCoy is likely to get the start under center for Sunday's Week 10 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams. The Cardinals current starter Kyler Murray (hamstring) appears unlikely to suit up for this game. The team claims that Murray will test out his hamstring pregame before they make a final decision. However, friends of McCoy called Saturday night to purchase tickets for this upcoming game. It sounds increasingly likely that McCoy is going to get the starting nod. The 36-year-old probably doesn't have much left in the tank. The absence of Murray would be a significant hit to the fantasy value of DeAndre Hopkins and the other receivers on this roster. The Cardinals are likely going to go run-heavy with short passes, assuming McCoy does start. Fantasy managers should look elsewhere for a streaming option because McCoy doesn't offer much upside.
