2 years agoDallas Mavericks center Christian Wood (ankle) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Portland Trail Blazers. He suffered a sprained right ankle on Thursday, so he'll miss at least one game because of the injury. Dwight Powell is likely to move into the starting five with both Maxi Kleber and Wood sidelined on Saturday. The increased playing time is what is going to make Powell an intriguing fantasy option for Saturday's slate.
