4 years agoBoston Red Sox infielder Christian Arroyo (shin) remains out of the starting lineup on Wednesday against the Tampa Bay Rays. Arroyo remains day-to-day with a bruised shin, although he could be available for Thursday's series finale or Friday's series opener against the New York Yankees. The 26-year-old sustained the injury on Sunday after chasing a fly ball and crashing with Kike Hernandez, and he hasn't played since. Expect to see him back in the lineup in the near future. Hernandez is starting at the keystone again on Wednesday and is hitting eighth against Rays left-hander Rich Hill. Hernandez is most useful for his versatility all over the diamond, but that doesn't help fantasy managers much. The 29-year-old is in the midst of a four-game hitting streak, though, batting .385 (5-for-13) with a homer and three RBI in that span.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
