Chris Kreider Keeps Scoring Even In Rangers Defeat
3 years agoNew York Rangers forward Chris Kreider scored his eighth goal of the season and added an assist on Friday night. In the 6-5 overtime loss, there may be a more telling moment. Kreider missed his assignment in overtime leading to the Leon Draisaitl goal for the Edmonton Oilers. From a fantasy hockey standpoint, Kreider played well but that one lapse was a microcosm of the Rangers' night. The left-winger also had four scoring chances and just one shot on goal. Finally, Kreider is playing more on the power play again (2:53 PP TOI).
