Chris Carson Suffers Dislocated Finger
6 years agoSeattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said that running back Chris Carson (finger) suffered a dislocated finger in the Week 13 win over the 49ers, but Carroll said Carson "should be OK." The good news is that Carson has an extra day to recover, with the team playing the Vikings in Week 14 on Monday night. Carson ran the ball 13 times for 69 yards and caught three passes for an additional 39 yards before his injury. Seattle had no reason to bring him back in a 43-16 blowout victory. Carson remains the lead back and has RB2 upside, but he might see his snaps cut back a bit next Monday if he plays. After all, Seattle also has Mike Davis and rookie Rashaad Penny in their backfield. Keep an eye on Carson's practice status next week.
