1 year agoChicago Bears wide receiver Chase Claypool (undisclosed) was removed from the PUP list on Monday, one day after landing on it. It's unknown why the 25-year-old lasted only a day or why he was even on the list, to begin with. However, it's good news for Chicago, a team looking to turn things around in 2023-24. Claypool, who was traded by the Steelers in November last season, appeared in seven games for the Bears. But he had only 14 catches for 140 yards while being held without a touchdown grab. Claypool will have competition for Justin Fields' affection this year, but he should have a few potent fantasy performances.
