Charles McAdoo Heating Up At Double-A
4 months agoPittsburgh Pirates outfield prospect Charles McAdoo has begun to settle in at Double-A. McAdoo joined Double-A Altoona on June 21 and has logged 23 games with a strong .284/.370/.534 line, five home runs, nine RBI, two stolen bases, and a 12:23 BB:K ratio. In his past two games, the San Jose State product has tallied five hits with one long ball and two RBI. The former 13th-round selection in last year's draft has progressed through the minor leagues very quickly as he opened the season at High-A but needed only 60 games to prove he was ready for a promotion. McAdoo could contend for a major league debut next season and is worth keeping a close eye on in dynasty formats.
