2 years agoThe Los Angeles Chargers placed star defensive end Joey Bosa (groin) on Injured Reserve Wednesday. He will undergo surgery to address a torn groin and is expected to return at some point this season. The 27-year-old will miss at least four games with the potential for more. He has seven tackles, 1.5 sacks and one forced fumble over three games in 2022. It's another significant blow to the Chargers defense, which is already without star cornerback J.C. Jackson.
