The Los Angeles Chargers officially hired Greg Roman as their new offensive coordinator on Tuesday, according to a source. Roman is one of the more accomplished offensive coordinators in the league, so it's a huge addition to new head coach Jim Harbaugh's staff in LA. Roman most recently served as the Baltimore Ravens' offensive coordinator in 2022 under Jim's older brother, John Harbaugh. He has coached some of the top offenses in the NFL in recent years, including the 2011-14 San Francisco Giants alongside Jim Harbaugh and the Ravens from 2019-22. Roman has been with Jim Harbaugh since their days at Stanford and will now join him for a third time in Los Angeles. It's great news for a Bolts offense that has underperformed in recent seasons.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
