6 years agoOakland Athletics infielder Chad Pinder (elbow), who suffered a lacerated elbow in a car accident on Saturday, is taking ground balls and will resume swinging soon, according to manager Bob Melvin. Pinder is mostly a utility player for the A's and has very little fantasy value when he's playing. He's hit .259 with 10 home runs and 23 RBI in 212 at-bats.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
