Cedric Tillman In Concussion Protocol, Not Practicing On Tuesday
11 months agoCleveland Browns wide receiver Cedric Tillman (concussion) is in the league's concussion protocol and is not practicing on Tuesday, according to Jake Trotter of ESPN. The rookie apparently suffered the injury during the Week 18 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals, and he could be in jeopardy of missing the Wild Card bout against the Houston Texans. The third-round pick from Tennessee has hauled in 21 of his 44 targets for 224 yards in 14 games this season. However, his role only started to expand mid-season after Donovan Peoples-Jones was traded to the Detroit Lions. He has played no fewer than 61% of the team's snaps since Week 9, so his absence could propel David Bell and Marquise Goodwin into expanded roles. Amari Cooper (heel/rest) also isn't practicing on Tuesday, but there's no indication that he won't play.
