5 years agoWhile Kansas City Chiefs running backs Damien Williams, Darwin Thompson and Darrel Williams worked with the first-team offense in practice on Monday, Carlos Hyde worked with the backups. Hyde is currently buried on the depth chart and looks likely to be cut this weekend. The 28-year-old did very little of anything in 14 games between the Browns and Jaguars last year and just isn't very appealing these days between the tackles. If he's cut and becomes a free agent, he could latch on quickly elsewhere. Houston has a need for running back depth with Lamar Miller (knee) done for the season. As of right now, Hyde should be avoided in standard-sized leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
