1 year agoLos Angeles Angels relief pitcher Carlos Estevez was called upon to protect a three-run lead versus the Arizona Diamondbacks on Sunday. The right-hander allowed a leadoff single to Jake McCarthy to begin the ninth inning. However, Estevez battled back and retired the next three batters. The 30-year-old has converted all 21 of his save chances this season. He also holds a 1.85 ERA and 1.26 WHIP over 34 innings. That being said, Estevez should be rostered in all leagues where closers matter.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
