Carey Price Faces Red-Hot Leafs
4 years agoMontreal Canadiens goaltender Carey Price will start in Wednesday's matchup against the Toronto Maple Leafs. The former MVP had a shaky start to the year, but he has now won three of his last four starts to improve his record to 4-1-2. Price owns a 2.81 goals-against average and a .899 save percentage. He boasts a good 26-15-5 career record against Toronto, but the Leafs come into the contest with seven wins in their last eight outings, so it's a difficult matchup for Price, who has already suffered one defeat against the league leaders this season. Frederik Andersen, who has an 8-2-1 record for the season, will likely start in the opposite net.
