2 years agoLos Angeles Rams running back Cam Akers gained 13 yards on eight carries in LA's 24-9 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. He was also targeted once but didn't haul in the pass. Akers led fellow RB Darrell Henderson Jr. in carries by just one. But a running back in a pass-heavy offense with carries split almost 50-50 isn't a valuable fantasy football commodity, and Akers isn't helping with his lack of efficiency when he does get carries. He is averaging 3.1 yards per attempt on the season. In Week 5, Akers and the Rams face the tough Cowboys defense.--Mitchell Blatt - RotoBaller
