2 mins agoCincinnati Bengals kicker Cade York has been elevated from the practice squad and is set to kick for the second straight week. York figures to remain as the primary kicker for the next few games with Evan McPherson (groin) on the injured reserve. Last week, York made all three of his extra point attempts and both field goals in the win over the Dallas Cowboys. The Bengals offense has been strong enough to keep their kickers busy this season.
