Byron Buxton Goes Yard In Sunday's Loss
3 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Byron Buxton went 1-for-3 with a walk and a solo homer in Sunday's loss to the Blue Jays. Buxton sent a ball 393 feet into the outfield at 100.8 MPH for his 16th long ball of the season. The speedy outfielder isn't hitting for average much, but owns a .511 slugging percentage with 17 runs scored, six homers, nine RBI, and two stolen bases in September. Buxton should be a mainstay in lineups while he's hitting this well.
