7 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Byron Buxton told reporters that he feels faster this season. The speedy outfielder reported to camp at 192 pounds a year after checking in at 210 pounds ahead of the 2017 season. Already one of the top defensive center fielders in the league, if Buxton is in fact faster this season, he could develop into a terror on the basepaths for opposing pitchers and catchers. The 24-year-old has already logged 41 steals in 46 attempts during his career. Buxton has gotten off to slow starts in each of his past two seasons but he could be poised for a breakout if he's able to put together a more consistent effort across the board.--Matt T - RotoBaller
