6 years agoSan Francisco Giants catcher Buster Posey (hip) has been hitting in the cages and said he will catch his first bullpen session when he arrives to spring training on Monday or Tuesday. Posey was held to 105 games last year because of his hip and hit .284/.359/.382 with only five home runs and 41 RBI and he's becoming more of an injury risk heading into his age-32 season. Posey is still one of the better hitting catchers at a weak position, but he no longer has elite upside. RotoBaller has him ranked as the No. 6 six fantasy catcher.
