Buccaneers, Lions Showing Interest In Zack Moss

Utah running back Zack Moss had teleconference meetings with the Detroit Lions, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Washington Redskins this past week, and he had previously met with the Bucs and Lions at the NFL combine in February. Moss ran an official 4.65-second 40-yard dash at the combine but was electronically timed at his workout on Thursday and ran a 4.52. He'll likely be a Day 2 pick as a third- or fourth-round selection. The 5-foot-9, 223-pound back is a powerful runner that can break tackles, but he isn't going to outrun defenders. The Lions have interest in adding him to a backfield that includes Kerryon Johnson, Bo Scarbrough and Ty Johnson, while the Bucs would like to provide more depth behind Ronald Jones II and Dare Ogunbowale.
