6 years agoFree-agent outfielder Bryce Harper is believed to be reluctant to sign with the Philadelphia Phillies, according to sources. However, if the Phils can get to $326 million for Harper -- which would beat Giancarlo Stanton's deal -- it could overrule his doubts. The Phillies are thought to be the favorites to land Harper, especially now that Manny Machado is heading to San Diego. However, the White Sox, Giants and Nationals could up their offers to Harper in the coming days. The 26-year-old is already a six-time All-Star and has an MVP to his name and remains one of the best hitting outfielders in baseball. Going to a hitter-friendly park and an improved lineup in Philly would be good news for his fantasy value moving forward.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
