Bryce Harper Goes 3-For-3
6 years agoWashington Nationals outfielder Bryce Harper reached base safely all four times before leaving the game early for rest during Saturday's game against the Marlins. Harper singled three times and also walked en route to scoring four runs for the Nationals. His early exit was only due to the fact that the Nationals had a double-digit lead at the time, and allowed him to get a bit of rest. Perhaps this will get Bryce going with regard to raising his .219 batting average. Despite that disappointing number, he has still has contributed 21 homers, 50 RBI and 55 runs scored thus far and should continue to produce in those categories.
