Browns, Odell Beckham Jr. Headed For A Divorce?
3 years agoCleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski told his players that wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is essentially not on the team right now and that he has been told to stay home. The two sides could reach some sort of financial resolution to end his time in Cleveland, but as of now, the Browns aren't willing to waive him and are comfortable burning a 53-man roster spot to excuse him indefinitely. Beckham has been unproductive while battling a sprained AC joint in his right shoulder, and he seems to be upset after the Browns considered trading him at the deadline on Tuesday. If you haven't moved on in your fantasy leagues, now is the time to do so. With the possibility that OBJ won't play for the rest of the season, Donovan Peoples-Jones, Rashard Higgins and rookie Anthony Schwartz could be in line for more playing time behind Jarvis Landry.
