The Cleveland Plain Dealer's Mary Kay Cabot believes that the Cleveland Browns will add another running back before the regular season, but it probably won't be a big-name back such as free agents Dalvin Cook or Ezekiel Elliott, and they aren't going to re-sign Kareem Hunt. If they do add another back, it will most likely be a No. 3 behind starter Nick Chubb and Jerome Ford that can serve as a solid backup in the event of an injury to either Chubb or Ford. In addition to the No. 2 role, Ford will remain the Browns' primary kickoff returner in 2023. The 23-year-old fifth-rounder in 2022 didn't have much of a role on offense in his first NFL season, and he won't be guaranteed much more in his sophomore year as long as Chubb stays healthy.--Keith Hernandez
