Brock Wilken Continues To Find Footing At Double-A
4 months agoMilwaukee Brewers third base prospect Brock WIlken has continued to turn the corner at Double-A. In his past seven games, the Wake Forest product has held a strong .321/.406/.607 slash line with two doubles, two home runs, six RBI, and a 4:5 BB:K ratio. Since July 1, the former first-round selection has posted a .256/.374/.500 line with a 17:17 BB:K ratio. This is a great sign, as he hit a mere .222 AVG through the first two months of the campaign. Wilken could earn a brief taste of Triple-A ball later this summer if he continues to stay hot in the batter's box, which could open the door for a 2025 major league debut.
