Brock Stewart Throwing From 90 Feet
1 year agoMinnesota Twins right-hander Brock Stewart (elbow) has been playing catch from 90 feet without any issues, according to MLB.com. However, the 31-year-old will still be out for "several weeks" before he can return from the elbow soreness that forced him to the injured list in late June. Stewart was coming into his own over 25 2/3 innings before the ailment, pitching to a 0.70 ERA, 1.01 WHIP, and 35.4% strikeout rate with seven holds and one save. If fantasy managers in hold formats have room, they can stash the fifth-year arm, but otherwise, he can be let go.
