Brock Purdy On Track With Rehab
2 years agoSan Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy (elbow) is doing well rehabbing from his torn UCL that he suffered during the NFC Championship Game. Niners general manager John Lynch mentioned that Purdy will begin throwing in a few weeks. He's currently on track with his timetable, but this is a long recovery process. Purdy is expected to be the starting quarterback once he's healthy. However, it's unknown when exactly he'll be able to get back on the field. Head coach Kyle Shanahan said that Purdy could be out until Week 4. The assumption is that Trey Lance is going to start until Purdy is 100 percent healthy.
