4 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals relief pitcher Brett Cecil is working on a new sidearm delivery in Cardinals summer camp. The veteran lefty told reporters he feels like the new angle is "definitely a good thing" for him. Cecil missed all of 2019 due to a variety of injuries and struggled mightily in 2018, posting a 6.89 ERA. The lefty has a history of success before that, though, and he and the Cardinals are hoping for a bounce-back year in his age-34 season. Cecil could be in the mix for holds if he can start getting guys out again, but his recent struggles make him one to avoid in pretty much every format.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
