Breshad Perriman, Darren Fells Promoted To Active Roster
3 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Breshad Perriman and tight end Darren Fells have been promoted to the active roster ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Football Team. Perriman was recently signed to the team's practice squad, but with Antonio Brown (ankle) remaining out against Washington, he is expected to serve as an insurance policy, although Chris Godwin (foot), who is expected to play, and Mike Evans will naturally remain the preferred options for Tom Brady. In addition, Rob Gronkowski (back) also won't suit up, so Fells will slide in behind O.J. Howard and Cameron Brate. Nonetheless, both Perriman and Fells likely won't see much action and should only be utilized by the fantasy managers who are desperate to fill a void on their roster.
