Brendan Steele has not fared well in the last four tournaments he has entered, with his best finish being a T37 at the Memorial. He nearly missed the cut and finished 77th at the PGA. Steele then missed the cut at the US Open. The problem is that Steele just cannot do one thing exceedingly well. His putting ranks 128th on tour and he too often misses easy putts. He is average in too many metrics to truly contend on tour consistently. Steele drives the ball less than 299 yards but is close to the middle of the pack with a driving accuracy of 61%. This is why his struggles may continue at the Travelers.--Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
