4 years agoColorado Rockies second baseman Brendan Rodgers (hamstring) played in a simulation game on Tuesday and is nearing a rehab assignment, according to Rockies manager Bud Black. Rodgers has been out since spring training due to a hamstring strain. The 24-year-old Rodgers has been plagued with multiple injuries over the past few years, but he was one of the team's top prospects once upon a time and could offer a solid power/speed combo for fantasy managers this year when he returns.
