New York Mets outfielder Brandon Nimmo (finger) has been placed on the 10-day disabled list, retroactive to August 17. Nimmo is dealing with a bruised left index finger, but doesn't have any structural damage. He should be ready to return once his 10 days are up. Dominic Smith will take over Nimmo's spot on the 25-man roster, but Smith does not have any fantasy value.--Andy Webb
