Brandon Morrow Could Resume Throwing In A Few Weeks
6 years agoChicago Cubs relief pitcher Brandon Morrow (elbow), who is still in a diagnostic stage, could resume throwing in a few weeks. Morrow recently had a setback with his right elbow and has been shut down for the foreseeable future. He missed the entire second half last year and has no timetable for a return. As long as he remains sidelined, Pedro Strop will benefit as Chicago's ninth-inning man. Don't feel compelled to hold onto Morrow in shallow leagues at this point.
