6 years agoToronto Blue Jays manager Charlie Montoyo called third baseman Brandon Drury his "leadoff guy." Drury went 1-for-4 with a single in the team's 2-0 Opening Day loss to the Tigers on Thursday. He's not a prototypical leadoff hitter and will likely move to a bench role whenever third base prospect Vladimir Guerrero Jr. (oblique) is healthy and ready to make his major league debut.
