Brandin Cooks Ruled Out For Week 10
5 years agoLos Angeles Rams wide receiver Brandin Cooks (concussion) is flying to Pittsburgh to meet with a concussion specialist again on Wednesday, according to head coach Sean McVay. Cooks has not cleared the league's protocol and has been ruled out for Week 10 against the Steelers. He has a lengthy history with head injuries, and there's no timetable for his return. Cooper Kupp and Robert Woods will have higher ceilings with Cooks sidelined, while Josh Reynolds will enter three-receiver sets in the meantime. Reynolds had three catches (eight targets) for 73 yards and his first touchdown of the year with Cooks injured before the bye, so he's worth a waiver pickup and could be an intriguing deep league or DFS flex play against Pittsburgh.
