Bradley Beal Leads Wizards With 23 Points
3 years agoWashington Wizards shooting guard Bradley Beal helped get the team off to a 1-0 start to the year with a victory over the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday. He scored a game-high 23 points while shooting 7-for-19 from the field and 8-for-8 from the line. He also added four assists, four steals and three rebounds. His shooting touch was certainly a bit off in this outing. He shot just 1-for-6 from three-point range in the game. Last year, he notched a career-high in field goal percentage (48.5%) while also averaging a career-high 31.3 points per game. Expect better stat lines going forward from the Wizards star. His next game will be on Friday against the Indiana Pacers.
