4 years agoBoston Celtics point guard Jeff Teague (ankle) has been battling a sprained left ankle that has kept him out of the team's two most recent contests, but he has been upgraded to questionable for Friday's game against the Wizards. With Marcus Smart back in the fold, he has taken over full-time PG duties, while Payton Pritchard has seen an increased role in Teague's absence; a return from the veteran would zap the rookie of nearly all his fantasy intrigue. Teague has been quiet since a 19-point barrage in the season opener, having scored in double figures just once since then. Combined with his capped minutes total, Teague is an avoidable season-long asset, even in deeper leagues. But check back before tip-off to see if he suits up, as another absence would create a Boston backcourt domino effect.--Jesse Borek
