New York Mets infield prospect Boston Baro is being promoted to High-A Brooklyn, according to Mets Player Development. Baro, who was selected in the eighth round of the 2023 MLB draft, has spent the entire summer at Single-A. The infielder held a strong .288/.368/.399 slash line there with 93 total hits in 84 games. He hit just four home runs while swiping eight bags. Last summer in the Rookie League, the 20-year-old held a .316 average through a short seven-game stint. Dynasty managers should monitor the No. 16-ranked prospect in Queens, as he could spend time in the upper levels of the minors next season if he is able to adjust quickly to High-A.--Andy Smith - RotoBallerRead More News
