Bojan Bogdanovic Injures Right Knee On Friday
2 years agoDetroit Pistons forward Bojan Bogdanovic (knee) was injured late in the loss to Phoenix. Torrey Craig stepped on Bogdanovic's foot in the fourth quarter, causing the veteran to twist his knee. He hit the floor in obvious pain and walked off the court with a noticeable limp. Fortunately, he reported postgame that the injury wasn't as bad as initially believed. Bogdanovic finished with a team-high 19 points, picking things up offensively with Jaden Ivey (knee), Cade Cunningham (shin), and Saddiq Bey (ankle) out for this one. If Bogdanovic isn't available for Sunday's game against the Cavaliers, Kevin Knox II, who had seven points, four boards, two blocks, and a steal on Friday night, could move into the starting lineup, assuming Bey isn't healthy enough to play.
