Bobby Witt Jr. Homers, Drives In Three
2 years agoKansas City Royals infielder Bobby Witt Jr. went 2-for-5 with a home run, a double, three RBI, and two strikeouts in a 9-6 loss to the Milwaukee Brewers on Sunday. Witt Jr. had a nice little day at the dish, swatting a two-run double in the top of the second inning and belting his seventh long ball of the year in the ninth. His batting average and OBP are still far from where fantasy managers would like to see it but he makes up for it with his pop and speed. Overall, the 22-year-old is slashing .233/.271/.442 with seven home runs, 18 RBI, and 12 stolen bases across 172 at-bats on the season.
