7 years agoTampa Bay Rays starting pitcher Blake Snell had a rough outing against New York Wednesday. He lasted 3 1/3 innings, allowing five runs with five strikeouts. Snell just recently turned 25 years old but already has 218 1/3 innings pitched in the majors. The most obvious strength of Snell's young career are his 217 strikeouts, showing that he is a power pitcher that can make a difference in fantasy lineups. Snell is more of a fifth fantasy starter with plenty of upside for fantasy. His next scheduled outing is against the White Sox, who are not considered as strong of an offense as the mighty Yankees.--Jamie Mellor
