Blake Bortles Inconsistent Against Vikings
6 years agoJacksonville Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles played the entire first half in Saturday's preseason game against the Minnesota Vikings, finishing with 159 yards on 12-for-20 passing with an interception. Bortles also scrambled for 14 yards on a third and long play. The Jaguars signal caller had some impressive moments, but the overthrows and the missed opportunities built up as the game went along. Ultimately, Bortles performance didn't offer anything that should make fantasy owners feel good, but he still has a firm grip on the starting job and should put up solid regular season numbers.
