Ben Roethlisberger Headlines Steelers Monday Practice Absences

The Pittsburgh Steelers will host the Ravens on Thanksgiving, thereby giving them just three days of rest between their Week 11 and 12 contests. If the estimated practice attendance for Monday is any indication, they may be at far less than 100 percent for that contest. A whopping 15 players were listed as not practicing had the team actually practiced, headlined by quarterback Ben Roethlisberger (non-injury related), but also including wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster (foot), tight end Eric Ebron (non-injury related), cornerback Joe Haden (knee) and defensive end Cameron Heyward (non-injury related). Many of those absences could be chalked up to the Steelers attempting to limit their players' repetitions ahead of a key matchup, but check back in the coming days to see how their practice status progresses.
