New York Rangers center Barclay Goodrow was placed on waivers on Tuesday. The 31-year-old produced eight points (six goals, two assists) in 16 playoff outings, but he had a disappointing regular season with the team, and it looks like Goodrow's run is over in New York, despite him being signed for three more seasons with a cap hit of $3.6 million. Goodrow became a two-time Stanley Cup champion with Tampa Bay before moving to the Rangers as a free agent in 2021. He has also played in San Jose, amassing 60 goals and 169 points in 572 career games. The Toronto-born forward had back-to-back 30-point campaigns in his first years in New York but settled for only 12 points (four goals, eight assists) in 80 regular-season appearances this term.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
