6 years agoCleveland Browns head coach Hue Jackson said that rookie quarterback Baker Mayfield won't be seeing any first-team repetitions anytime soon in training camp. “Tyrod Taylor is the starter,” Jackson said. “I don’t envision any situation where all of a sudden (Mayfield’s) getting a bunch of first-team reps unless God forbid something happens." Mayfield was the first overall pick in the draft but will have to sit and learn in his first season. He could eventually see some starts down the road if Taylor doesn't pan out, but don't bank on it. Jackson wouldn't say if Mayfield will open at No. 2 or 3 on the QB depth chart. The bottom line is that Mayfield isn't a very good redraft option at all in 2018.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
