8 months agoDuring GEICO 500 qualifying at Talladega Superspeedway, Tyler Reddick collected a starting position of 18th. This is the lowest start position for Reddick at Talladega since joining 23XI Racing in 2023. In eight races at TS in his Cup career so far, Reddick has five top-20 finishes, including both of last season's races at the site. Through nine races so far this season, Reddick has six top-10 finishes, which is tied for the most of all drivers. Despite being one of the most consistent drivers this year, Reddick struggled to score favorable finishes at drafting tracks since joining 23XI Racing. Since 2023, Reddick scored one top-10 finish (Atlanta during March 2023) at drafting tracks and led in only one Cup event at the track type (Talladega during October 2023). Although he has some Place Differential upside from starting in the middle of the pack, Reddick is one driver that fantasy players should be wary of rostering due to his lackluster track history.--Sean Engel - RotoBaller
