Austin Walter - Week 14 Outlook for Fantasy Football
3 years agoNew York Jets running back Austin Walter made his season debut with nine carries in Week 12. However, it seemed like a fluke appearance because last week he only saw one attempt on the ground. Now, Walter could be forced into significant playing time again with Michael Carter (ankle) ruled out and Tevin Coleman (concussion) unlikely to play. That means, Walter and Ty Johnson could be asked to be the primary backs against the New Orleans Saints in Week 14. That wouldn't be good news for the Jets against one of the better rushing defenses in the league. Walter could end up seeing 10-plus carries, but isn't someone who should be started in any fantasy formats this week.
