Austin Ekeler, Noah Brown Sidelined During Practice Thursday
16 seconds agoWashington Commanders running back Austin Ekeler (concussion) missed a second consecutive practice on Thursday. Wide receiver Noah Brown (knee) was also sidelined after being added to the injury report. The Commanders enter this week with a few concerning injuries on offense, including Ekeler, Brown, and Brian Robinson Jr. (ankle). Ekeler, who has 355 rushing yards, 346 receiving yards, and four touchdowns this season, could be looking at a multi-week absence after suffering a scary concussion on a kick return during the final seconds of last Sunday's battle with Dallas. Meanwhile, Brown has blossomed into one of Jayden Daniels' favorite targets, catching 32 passes for 426 yards and one touchdown through 10 games. If Brown can't suit up this week, we could see more opportunities for Dyami Brown, Olamide Zacchaeus, and Luke McCaffrey behind Washington's top receiver, Terry McLaurin.
