6 years agoThe Houston Astros have made one- and two-year offers to free-agent starting pitcher Dallas Keuchel, according to sources. However, the offers are not in the range that Keuchel is seeking. Staying in Houston would probably be the best thing for Keuchel's fantasy value. The southpaw won the American League Cy Young in 2015 but hasn't been nearly as good since. He's a ground-ball artist that doesn't rely on a ton of strikeouts, so his fantasy upside isn't extremely high. Depending on where he lands, Keuchel is a decent late-round target in mixed leagues for rotation depth.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
